Here is a timeline of the commission process

1. Commission + Quote Request

Excited to bring your vision to life? Let's get started! To begin, simply email or DM me with all the details of your commission request. This includes:

  • Size, materials, and medium
  • Preferred completion date
  • Reference images and overall vision (e.g., subject matter, background details, color palette, number of figures, figure sizes—portrait, full-body, etc.)

Once I review your request, I'll respond as soon as possible with any questions, an estimated start date, shipping/delivery details, and pricing.

Timeline & Availability
Most commissions take 2–4 weeks to complete once started. I’ll be upfront about my availability and when I can begin working on your piece.

If I feel that I’m not the right artist for your vision, I will communicate that honestly. Likewise, if you’re unsure about moving forward, there’s absolutely no pressure—I want this to be the right fit for both of us!

2. Payment

Securing Your Commission

To reserve your spot on my commission schedule, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of our agreement to move forward. I’ll send you an invoice via email.

Pricing
Commissions start at $250 (with a few exceptions), and final pricing varies based on size and level of detail. Rates are calculated per square foot to ensure fair pricing for each piece.

Once everything is set, I can officially begin bringing your vision to life! ✨

3. Bringing your vision to life

Once the deposit and contract have been finalized, I’ll begin sketching out your vision. A progress photo will be sent once—at the halfway point—to respect both my time and the creative process.

This is where I ask you to trust my abilities as an artist to bring your vision to life!

For privacy, your piece will not be shared on social media until you’ve received it and had the chance to experience it firsthand. I want you to be the first to see it, and I promise—it will be worth the wait!

4. Final Steps and Shipping

Once your artwork is complete, it’s time to begin the shipping process! I take great care in packaging each piece using high-quality materials to ensure it arrives safely.

Before shipping, I will email you to request the remaining 50% balance. If there is no response within 72 hours, the artwork will not be shipped until payment is received.

Once the final payment has been made, your painting will be shipped, and you’ll receive a final invoice via email.
